Definitions.
In the following the term US Wills shall be deemed to include in all circumstances Global WIlls International Limited, any member, officer or employee of Global Wills International Limited and/or any person involved with the provision and maintenance of this website.

No member of US Wills takes any responsibility for the safe and proper storage of your Will or other legal documents.
Customers must ensure that any information supplied to US Wills is accurate. Where the customer has supplied incorrect or false information we will not accept responsibility for same or offer refunds on foot thereof.
Due to the personal nature of this Service and the instantaneous means of providing same, you will have no right to cancel the contract where your legal document is purchased using a credit card and downloaded online. Your payment in respect of any legal document you have purchased will therefore be non-refundable in accordance with the EC (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts made by means of Distance Communications) Regulations 2001. However, where you purchase your legal document using our non credit card payment option you will have a right to cancel the contract up until the time the legal document is sent via e-mail to you.
Without prejudice to any of the foregoing any claim against US Wills is limited to the cost of the Service.
Complaints procedure.
If you have any complaints please use our "Contact Us" page to tell us about it. We will deal with your complaint within 5 working days of receipt.
